Stress and Anxiety
You’ve worked so hard to get to where you are, but for some reason it still doesn’t feel like it’s enough. So you keep piling more things on top, thinking that your accomplishments will fill the void. Everyone keeps asking for more of you – more of your time, your attention, and your skillset. But you’re growing resentful, and the weight has become too much to carry. Therapy can help you find balance again and make room for what’s actually important.
Boundaries in relationships
You find yourself in a perpetual cycle of meeting someone who seems so genuine and attentive at first but ends up being a complete jerk. Then you’re left wondering what it is about you that attracts the wrong kinds of people into your life: People who take advantage of you, who are critical, and who can’t seem to do things for themselves but blame you for their own insecurities. Counseling can help you regain a sense of control over your boundaries (the ones that people continually cross over) and still be the kind, helpful person you want to be.
Divorce support group
Whether you’re still heartbroken that it ended or are actually feeling relief that it’s finally over, this group is for you. “Lost in Limbo” is a small group of women who are going through various stages of the divorce process, and our goal is to give you a safe and comfortable place to process this scary and often lonely chapter of your life. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and we’re here to help you navigate your way to it.
What makes me different?
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m trained to see you as an important piece of a much larger system. Even if you’re coming to counseling alone and for reasons only you know about, I believe that it’s important to talk about how you’re impacted by all of these relationships, and how you can work to make them even better.
Together, we’ll discover ways you can take better care of yourself while also wearing your many hats.
