Stress & Anxiety Therapy For Top Performers and Entrepreneurs
Based in Five Forks, Serving all of SC

I Help Stressed Out, High Performers Find Balance And Fulfillment.
You have high standards for others, and even higher standards for yourself.
You’ve accomplished almost everything you’ve ever put your mind to, despite the many obstacles that stood in your way.
As far as anyone on the outside knows, you have a great life. Money doesn’t appear to be an issue, and it looks like you have a supportive family that you get to come home to every night…
But you feel empty. Unfulfilled. Exhausted.
This whole “work-life balance” thing doesn’t work when you wear both hats 24/7, so it always feels like you’re letting someone down.
You’re ready to get off the rollercoaster so that you can enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to create for yourself and your family. If you’re feeling burned out, anxious, or paralyzed by perfectionism, you’ve come to the right place.
Your Time Is Extremely Valuable
With 24/7 online scheduling, an online client portal, and the ability to do online therapy through a secure platform for those who often travel for work (or who have trouble getting out of the office), therapy has never been this easy.
Please take a look around and if you like what you see, give me a call or schedule a free, no obligation 20-minute phone consultation. I’d love to help you get started today.
Here Are My Specialties:

Stress & Anxiety
Overwhelm, perfectionism, and insomnia have swooped in and taken over, leaving you in an almost constant state of stress. Therapy will help you identify the underlying patterns that keep you stuck and give you actionable tools to fight back.

Entrepreneurial Burnout
You didn’t realize you were walking a tightrope until you fell off. You’ve made so many sacrifices to get your business to where it is today, but those sacrifices came at a high cost. You want to fall back in love with your work while also figuring out how to prevent burnout in the future.

Clinical Supervision
So you passed the MFT exam – congratulations! You’re in the final stretch towards licensure, and I’m here to help you get there. As an SC-Approved LMFT Supervisor, I can provide all of your supervision requirements (and we’ll have fun, too).
What Makes Me Different?
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve received specialized training in treating every person as a whole, including all of the important relationships in their life. Whether I’m working with a couple or an individual, I focus on helping you create healthy, meaningful connections with those closest to you.
Quality
I maintain a small caseload so that I can provide the highest quality of care to my clients. I’m also easily accessible in between sessions.
Efficiency
The last thing you need is a passive, head-nodding therapist. My goal is to help you begin to see progress as soon as possible.
Convenience
My secure client portal allows for online scheduling, instant messaging, and keeping track of your billing statements all with the click of a button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where Are You Located?
My practice is located at Five Forks Counseling Group. We are at 205 Bryce Circle, Suite B, in the Woodruff Place business park, right in the heart of Five Forks.

Do You Have Evening Appointments Available?
While I do my best work in the mornings and early afternoons, I do have some evening slots available. They typically book up weeks in advance, so if you have any flexibility in your schedule, I can fit you in much sooner. Click Here to learn more about my availability.

Do You See Couples?
Not at this time. While I am trained as a marriage and family therapist, I use this knowledge to help individual clients improve their relationships and do not conduct traditional relationship or marriage counseling.

How Long Does Therapy Last?
As short as possible and as long as it takes. I consider myself a brief therapist, so I want to give you what you need and get you on your way. Most of my clients are able to see progress within a few short months.

Do You Take Insurance?
I do not participate as an in-network provider, but you have options. See the Investment page for more details about how you can make therapy work for you and your budget.

Are You A Christian Counselor?
My training is in evidence-based practices, and I do not advertise myself as a Christian counselor. I am open to discussing religion and spirituality if it’s important to you, but if you don’t consider yourself spiritual or religious, this is also a safe space for you.
