Stress & Anxiety Therapy for Top Performers and Entrepreneurs
Simpsonville, SC
I help stressed out, high performers find balance and fulfillment.
Others view you as a hard worker, someone who’s dedicated, reliable, and gets stuff done.
You have high standards for others, and even higher standards for yourself.
You’ve accomplished almost everything you’ve ever put your mind to, despite the many obstacles that stood in your way.
As far as anyone on the outside knows, you have a great life. Money doesn’t appear to be an issue, and it looks like you have a supportive family that you get to come home to every night…
But you feel empty. Unfulfilled. Exhausted.
This whole “work-life balance” thing doesn’t work when you wear both hats 24/7, so it always feels like you’re letting someone down.
You’re ready to get off the rollercoaster so that you can enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to create for yourself and your family. If you’re feeling burned out, anxious, or paralyzed by perfectionism, you’ve come to the right place.

Your time is extremely valuable.
Therapy should never feel like just another weekly obligation, so I’ve made it easier than ever to get help.
With 24/7 online scheduling, an online client portal, and the ability to do online therapy through a secure platform for those who often travel for work (or who have trouble getting out of the office), therapy has never been this easy.
Please take a look around and if you like what you see, give me a call or schedule a free, no obligation 20-minute phone consultation. I’d love to help you get started today.

frequently asked questions
Where are you located?
My practice is located at Five Forks Counseling Group, LLP. We are at 205 Bryce Circle Suite B in the Woodruff Place business park, right in the heart of Five Forks.
Do you have evening appointments available?
While I do my best work in the mornings and early afternoons, I do have some evening slots available. They typically book up weeks in advance, so if you have any flexibility in your schedule, I can fit you in much sooner. Click Here to learn more about my availability.
Do you see couples?
I sure do! I take a holistic approach, which usually means involving those who are closest to you. Your partner can come for 1 session or every session; it’s completely up to you.
How long does therapy last?
As short as possible and as long as it takes. I consider myself a brief therapist, so I want to give you what you need and get you on your way. Most of my clients are able to see progress within a few short months.
Do you take insurance?
While I do not participate as an in-network provider, I am happy to verify your out-of-network coverage and also file all out-of-network claims for you as a courtesy. See the Rates and Insurance page for more details about how this works.
Are you a Christian counselor?
My training is in evidence-based practices, so I do not advertise myself as a Christian counselor; however, I am open to discussing religion and spirituality if it’s important to you. If you don’t consider yourself spiritual or religious, this is also a safe space for you.
